Experts meet at DGIQ 2023

From June 5-9, 2023, San Diego once again hosted the DGIQ West Conference - the premier event in Data Governance & Data Quality! With a record attendance of over 600 attendees, the event was a huge success. Of course, our team was right in the middle of it all.

The conference focused on data management, data quality and data governance with an extensive program of intensive workshops and sessions. The five-day event offered a wide range of opportunities for both newcomers to the field as well as leading experts in the field of data management to expand their knowledge and gain new inspiration.

In addition to providing valuable information and best practices, the event also focused on the exchange of ideas and networking.

For us, it was a great opportunity to see familiar faces, such as our long-time partners Melissa Data and Adweko or our friend Bob Seiner, but also to make new contacts while discussing current developments and challenges in the industry.

An absolute highlight for our team was, of course, our own session "Making Your Data Governance Program Successful!"which was filled to capacity. The focus here was for us to actively share our practical experience in the area of data governance with the data governance community. We also presented our latest software product DATAROCKET Guide.
We are still overwhelmed by the positive feedback from the participants and have taken away many suggestions from the discussions.

Another highlight was the first ever DATAROCKET AWARD presented. This award was created to bring more attention and visibility to data management and data governance projects. Congratulations to the ROSEN Technology and Research Center GmbH team for their outstanding success.

After an eventful week, our team returned with many exciting impressions and fresh ideas for the coming months.
